Biography
Vineet Bhargava is a Partner at HCP Group, leading the firm's technology practice for automotive dealer groups and investors who need to translate complex business problems into working technology. His starting point is unusual for a technologist: most businesses, in his view, do not have a technology problem. They have a clarity problem. They know they need to move faster. They know AI is changing things. But they do not know where to start, or who to trust to help them get there.
He has spent more than two decades at the intersection of business and technology, close enough to engineering to architect systems that hold up at scale, and close enough to the operating decisions to know which problems are worth solving in the first place. His work sits in a narrow band that is easy to describe and hard to find: taking complex business problems and translating them into working technology that actually moves the needle.
Across more than 23 years of operating experience, Vineet has architected and shipped systems across regulated and high-stakes sectors: healthcare, insurance, financial compliance and telco-grade infrastructure. He has acted as the senior engineering brain inside organisations that needed one without the cost of a full-time hire, pairing that depth with a working partnership with founders and operators who have been burned before and need delivery they can trust.
His recent work includes an AI-powered research assistant for a regulated mental health context, a GST-compliant invoice processing SaaS for the Indian SME market, and a carrier-grade SMS routing platform with telco-level throughput and operational resilience.
